Ecofascists use environmental talking points to get liberals on board with fascism, such as “we should restrict immigration because our country doesn’t have the resources to support those immigrants” or use overpopulation and overindustrialisation arguments because they think that people who are genuinely concerned about the environment will fall for it. Ecofascist rhetoric and ideals are so pervasive and enforce systemic racism, ableism, and sexism, for example, arguing against mechanised industry and technology, to the detriment of disabled people who need access to medicine and technology to live.
