Why we stand with people not states
Why do parts of the left butt heads on Venezuela, Syria, Ukraine and most recently Iran? Some leftists are supportive of resistance against both state oppression and imperialism. Others come out in vocal support of state bureaucrats and their right to repress protests, conflating all local resistance with the activity of the CIA or Mossad.

We need class organisation to stop imperialist wars
The past week has been deeply distressing for people across West Asia. The genocidal Israeli state and the US continue to drop bombs on Iran and cities across Kurdistan, hitting military bases, schools, hospitals, homes, as well as desalination plants and oil warehouses. These strikes have killed a death toll in the thousands (including around
